Men, you have to have her phone number! Don’t have her number? Message her on the app, find it through a friend or another way, but you need to have her phone number because this is the only way to properly ask a lady  out on a date. You are not going to text to ask her out on an official date.

Now if you are meeting for the first time just for a coffee because you’ve never seen them before, then yes, it’s okay to message and meet.

When you call her, give her a few options, as this takes the stress off of her and the conversation and does not put her in an awkward situation. Having pre-planned options for her to choose from also lets you maintain your financial budget.

For instance: “Hey Angelina, I was wondering if you’d like to do something some time this weekend.” “Okay, great! I was thinking we could go ____ or  ____. Which would you prefer?”  “Sounds good. Okay, I’ll pick you up at 7:00 PM Saturday. Sound good?” “Great, see you Saturday at 7:00 PM!”

Be on time, even if this means you get there early and wait in your car around the corner until arrival time. Be on time.
